Blister Forming Machines

Automatic blister forming machines are used to form blisters from roll fed sheet. Materials which can used for automatic blister forming machines are PVC, HIPS, PP, HIPS, PET etc. The forming area is adjustable in the machine. Water cooling system is provided in these automatic blister forming machines to cool down the molds. The special design of sheet feeding is used in the machine so that less area for gripping is used, to reduce wastage. Rotary packing machine uses multiple set of molds for the packaging. The machine gives higher productivity with the use of multiple molds.

Blister cutting machines are used for cutting the formed sheets into individual blisters. Cutting process can be done either before sealing or after sealing. The cutting is done using special type cutting dies, which are made as required. In rotary cutting machine, the mold along with the formed sheets is fed into the pressure rollers for cutting.
