Shrink chamber machines is a 2 in 1 model machine in which sealing of the shrink film and shrinking takes place in a single operation. The film used in shrink chamber machines is POF (polyolefin) film or any thin shrinkable film, in folded form. Features of the machine are Minimum power consumption, works on 1 phase / 3phase power supply, minimum working area, one-man operation, visual observation of shrinking operation.

L sealer is basic sealing machine to wrap and seal the product to be shrink wrapped with shrink film which is in folded roll form. The product to be wrapped in inserted into the shrink film and sealer in the L seal area. Sealing types available are manual hand operated / pneumatically operated type. After sealing, the product is moved into shrink tunnel for shrinking. Auto take off option is available in L Sealer. Custom made L Sealer for Long product is also available.

L-Sealer is a packaging system in which 2 machines are used for Shrink packing of products using POF / LDPE shrink film. L-Sealer is combined with a shrink tunnel. The product to be wrapped is inserted into the film and sealed in the L –sealer manually or option of Pneumatic sealing is also available. After sealing the products moves to the shrink tunnel with the help of auto take off system. The product with the film shrinks in the tunnel at set temperature and speed of travel.

These compact tunnels are user friendly shrink tunnels are used to pack products using PVC / POF / LDPE shrink films. The basis features of the tunnels are variable speed drive to control the speed of the conveyor, high velocity air cutter blower for uniform airflow and circulation of hot air, faster heating system and variable temperature control. Some of the other optional features which are available are silicon sleeves for the conveyor rods, fully stainless steel construction, variable speed drive for the blower, in-feed and out-feed extension conveyors, mesh type conveyor, roller type, teflon belt conveyor, slat conveyor for bottling applications, etc.

Sleeve wrapper with shrink tunnel are used to pack heavy products and for high production. The film used in this application is LDPE or LLDPE shrink film. In this machine 2 rolls of film are used and automatic un-winding system is provided for film dispensing. The sealing system is a special type knife sealer, which seals and cuts the film with uniformity and consistently, air cooling is used to cool the seal. Sleeve wrappers are usually combined with heavy duty shrink tunnels for better output and packaging results.

These model machines are custom made system for packaging of products with thick shrink films with all sides sealing.
