Vacuum Packing Machines

These automatic vacuum packing machines are latest of its kind and are used for high speed operation and packaging. The packaging process of this machine is an online system with pouch feeding with the product alone is manual. The product must be placed in the automatic belt transmission. The product moves in the vacuum chamber for vacuuming and gas flushing can be given as an option, the sealing is done by a pneumatic sealing system. The lid automatically opens and the product will be delivered in the back end of the machine. This system is a PLC controlled system with fully stainless steel construction.

The product to be packed is filled in the multi-layer or laminated film based pouch / bag and placed in the vacuum chamber of the machine. Once the lid is closed the vacuum pump, which is inbuilt in the machine starts the process of vacuuming the total chamber in which the pouch filled with the product also gets vacuumed. The machines are provided with 2 inbuilt sealers for higher productivity and efficient sealing. Options available in this machines are gas flushing, PLC based system, Fully stainless steel construction, bellow type / pneumatic sealing depending upon the product application and Brick type packaging molds etc.

These model machines produce a higher output compared to the single chamber machine, as the loading can be done in one chamber when the other chamber is in operation and the total system works with a single vacuum pump and power rating. The basis operation of product loading and packaging is similar to the single chamber machines. Optional features available are fully stainless steel construction, pneumatic sealing system or bellow type sealer, PLC based control panel, brick type packaging molds, deep vacuum chambers.

The filled pouch with the product is placed in the special nozzle provided in the machine. The pneumatically operated jaw closes the pouch first, then creates the vacuum and flushes with nitrogen / desired gas. All are operations are timer controlled in this machine. Different sealing system like impulse / hot bar sealing can be provided.
