The packaging process of this machine is an online system with pouch feeding with the product alone is manual. The product must be placed in the automatic belt transmission. The product moves in the vacuum chamber for vacuuming and gas flushing can be given as an option, the sealing is done by a pneumatic sealing system. The lid automatically opens and the product will be delivered in the back end of the machine. This system is a PLC controlled system with fully stainless steel construction.

The product to be packed is filled in the multi-layer or laminated film based pouch / bag and placed in the vacuum chamber of the machine. Once the lid is closed the vacuum pump, which is inbuilt in the machine starts the process of vacuuming the total chamber in which the pouch filled with the product also gets vacuumed. These model machines produce a higher output compared to the single chamber machine, as the loading can be done in one chamber when the other chamber is in operation and the total system works with a single vacuum pump and power rating. The basis operation of product loading and packaging is similar to the single chamber machines.
